Dr. Soomin Lee grew up in Coquitlam, 15 minutes from our clinic, and completed her Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and Immunology at the University of British Columbia. She went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo, graduating with distinction.
Dr. Lee enjoys practicing full-scope optometry, with a special interest in dry eye management and ocular health. Her clinical experiences in Calgary and Surrey allowed her to develop a strong foundation in comprehensive eye care and dry eye management, caring for patients of all ages. She is especially excited to provide personalized care to her community in both English and Korean.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Lee enjoys climbing, hiking, and snowboarding. She also loves spending time with her friends, family, and her dog, Tobi.
